FASWin is an accounting program offering the following features:

• It is a double-entry accounting system.
• Ease-of-use.
• It can work with any number of currencies with one currency designated as the base currency and all the others are defined in relation to the base currency.
• It provides a flexible account structure that can be defined by the customer.
• Its primary focus is General Ledger. It can be used as a stand-alone application or embedded with PlanWin to provide accounting functions for program management.
• Journals are used for Receipts, Disbursements and General Journal Entries. 
• Budgets (for income and expense accounts) are recorded on an annual basis with provision for an initial budget and adjusted budget amounts. 
• It has a full set of reports needed to manage the accounting work.
• Using Excel format, data can be prepared for export to other accounting systems.
• It uses the same replication mechanism as PlanWin (see PlanWin Replication) which allows easy transmission of the accounting data from the program offices to the central office.
